  When I showed up for my appointment on time I was told I couldn't come in to the building because there was a dog aggressive dog in the building. This delayed my appointment about 10 minutes. I filled out my paperwork and waited another five minutes before the vet tech came to get my dog, Surly. I asked if I could be in the room with him since it was his first time here, the tech told me he would be fine and practically dragged him down the hall. I should have just left then, but he needed his shots and I felt I didn't have a choice. After about twenty minutes, I was brought in to the room after everything was done on my dog and was told he checked out "fine". I asked a few questions but the vet made me feel like I was wasting his time. I'm sure part of it was because my appointment was at the end of their day and had already started late. Price is decent, but I wouldn't bring my dog here again.

  I wouldn't even give this facility a full star. People handling dogs without patience or care isn't a vet appointment to me. I would never recommend this place and or Dr. Lippo to any animal owner in the area. No costumer service on top of people who don't like their jobs or animals.
